Jason Allen Ashlock is the Global Head of Talent Development at the world’s most trusted supply chain partner, Kuehne+Nagel. There, he uses what he’s learned over the past 20 years tracking the power of narrative, chasing it across graduate studies in religious history, then in literary theory, leveraging it inside publishing and digital media, and now activating it deep inside global enterprise.
Audiences around the world have responded to Jason’s unexpected and illuminating approach to explaining the structure and movement of memorable stories, and how narrative logic can lead to personal insight and collective progress.
Jason also serves as a Strategic Advisor to The Giving Wall, a non-profit that connects neighbors in need to compassionate fellow citizens, and as Advisor to The Tomorrow Company, a consultancy dedicated to teaching humans through horses, and strengthening employee experience and company brand through authenticity. He is a visiting lecturer at the China Europe International School of Business and an Advisory Board Member for Gotham Publishing Solutions. A frequent speaker and panelist at conferences around the world, he also reviews books and media for Worth Magazine. He lives with his family on a small farm on the banks of the James River, just outside Richmond, Virginia.
